March Featured Drinks

March is here and you know what that means...Spring is on its way!
Stop in Blue Banatee Decafe and try our March specials. This month's selection includes two drinks celebrating St. Patrick's Day: the Blend O' Luck and our Nutty Irishmen Latte. The Blend O' Luck puts an Irish twist on your favorite No Nappaccino with its splash of peppermint flavored syrup. Our Nutty Irishman Latte is just what it sounds-nutty! Hazelnut syrup is added to the classic latte that everyone loves.
In celebration with our Dr. Seuss storytime on March 6th, kids will love an order of our Seuss Juice. This drink combines peach and banana syrup with orange juice in a bubbly pellegrino. What a great way to welcome warmer weather!

It's not a biscotti

One of our favorite companions to a cup of coffee here in the decafe is mandel bread made by the great people at Mamma'sMandel. It's got the twice baked feel of a biscotti bread, but a little softer texture, and when you dip it in your coffee, it's heaven. We have Cherry Chocolate Chip, Cranberry Almond, and Butterscotch Chip in the decafe for you!

January Drinks

Over the last few days we have noticed a slight chill in the air. That chill just makes us long for our hot drinks even more. If you are like us, then winter is the perfect time for a latte or tea steamer. The baristas in the cafe have been hard at work on drink specials for January to warm you up! Stop by this month for a Cherry Almond Latte (perfect with our new Chocolate Cherry or Cranberry Almond Mandel bread), a Spiced Mint (mint syrup with a hint of Cinnamon), or an Earl Grey Steamer. Come in from the cold and warm up!

In the fall of 2005, we broke down both walls and limitations and realized a dream: providing the best for growing bodies and brains in one inspired space. Since manatees don’t leave footprints, we strive to not leave any either. Thus, our hot cups are unbleached. Our cold cups are made from compostable, biodegradable corn. Our napkins, toilet paper, trash bags, and cup jackets are all 100% post-consumer recycled. We use (and thoroughly wash) real dishes. It’s the least we can do.
